Tour (3):- RABAUL KOKOPO TOUR

Notes for Tour Guests

1. Upon Arrival

• Proceed to the Jelan Tours tent at the wharf where our team will be waiting to welcome you.

• Look for the Jelan Tours sign for easy identification.

2. Payment Process

• Place your payment in an envelope with your full name written on it.

• Hand the envelope to our team before boarding the tour bus.

3. Boarding the Tour Bus

• Tour buses will be stationed at the wharf.

• Each bus is assigned an English-speaking guide who will provide information during the tour.

• Ensure you are on the correct bus for your selected tour package.

4. Tour Schedule

• Start Time: Tours commence between 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM.

• Return Time: Tours are scheduled to return well before the ship departs to ensure a timely arrival.

5. Safety & Comfort

• Travel in air-conditioned buses with experienced drivers.

• Your safety is our top priority throughout the tour.

6. Additional Services

• If you have specific interests beyond the standard tours, let us know—we can customize an experience for you.

• We facilitate donations of school supplies and other items for local children and villages.

  • If you wish to contribute, hand over the items to our team, and we will deliver them on your behalf.

  • We will provide photo confirmation of the donations.
